VADM Brice-O'Hara Hosts Coast Guard SPARS Aboard Stratton

Vice Adm. Sally Brice-O'Hara and Fireman Karla Thompson welcome a Coast Guard SPAR abaord the CGC Stratton in Baltimore, MD on November 3, 2011. Stratton, the newest Coast Guard National Security Cutter is named for Capt. Dorothy Stratton , the director of the Coast Guard Women's Reserve from 1942-1946.
