ADM Papp Speaks at National Auxiliary Conference

Coast Guard Commandant Adm. Bob Papp speaks to the Coast Guard National Auxiliary Conference in San Antonio, TX on Saturday August 25, 2012.  The Coast Guard Auxiliary is the volunteer arm of the United States Coast Guard. Primarily focused on recreational boating safety, their goal is to ensure that the public has a safe, secure, and enjoyable recreational boating experience.  The Auxiliary has over 30,000 members across the United States.
