Commandant of the Coast Guard Adm. Bob Papp and Vice Adm. John Currier, vice commandant of the Coast Guard recognize Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City personnel who were involved in the rescue of HMS Bounty crewmembers. The HMS Bounty capsized about 90 miles off the coast of North Carolina on October 28 during Hurricane Sandy.
