Mrs. Linda Kapral Papp signs a keel plate during a keel authentication ceremony for Coast Guard Cutter Hamilton at Huntington Ingalls shipyard in Pascagoula, Miss., on September 5, 2012. Also pictured from left is Ingalls Shipbuilding President Irwin F. Edenzon and Coast Guard Commandant Adm. Bob Papp.  Hamilton is the fourth National Security Cutter and its construction is 25% complete.
