COFR Forms

 

Liability limits were amended in Title VI of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2006, which will result in changes to the requirements for proof of financial responsibility found in the existing "Financial Responsibility for Water Pollution (Vessels)" regulations at 33 CFR part 138. The National Pollution Funds Center is committed to providing secure, efficient service to its customers. To that end, NPFC is in the process of developing several Web-based applications to enable anyone with Internet access to conduct business with NPFC at their own convenience.

To the list below describes applications NPFC already provides. In addition, NPFC is planning several future initiatives to enhance its customer service.
