Pollution Incident Report & Transmittal (IRAT)

FOSCs must print and complete the Pollution Incident Report and Transmittal (IRAT) as the cover to the project's Final Financial Report, due within 120 days of completion of final removal actions. (Add as many government agencies, contractors, and other key parties as needed).

IRAT Instructions

(Use the Cost Doc Checklist to ensure the documentation package is complete.)

When submitting the IRAT Form for an incident to the NPFC, include copies of all PRFAs and SF1080s or SF1081s (you should forward the originals to the NPFC as you receive them).
