Schools interested in hosting a Coast Guard JROTC unit can submit an application to the CGJROTC Program Manager.
You must download and save the application before completing it. It cannot be filled out directly in a web browser. Please ensure you are using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader .
Completed applications should be submitted via email to CGJROTC@uscg.mil.
Applications are accepted year-round. To be considered for unit establishment the following fall, submissions must be received by September 15.
Schools should have a minimum enrollment of 500 students. This helps support program sustainability and effectiveness. Schools below this threshold may have limited competitiveness.
