Chief Warrant Officer and Assistant Director of the Coast Guard Band Jeffrey Spenner leads the
Band in “Silver and Gould: A Holiday Celebration”, a family-friendly concert featuring familiar
classics, spirited new takes on traditional holiday songs, holiday fanfares, and much more.

The concert draws its title from Pulitzer Prize-winning American composer Morton Gould, whose
prolific compositions for band include “Serenade of Carols”, a rousing arrangement of “Jingle Bells”,
and others. Anchoring this program is perennial favorite “Sleigh Ride” by Leroy Anderson.

Please be aware that a portion of Leamy Hall’s primary parking lot is under construction and the
main entrance to Leamy Hall is closed. Entry through the building will be through the northeast door
by the Dry Dock restaurant. This entrance is handicap accessible.
