The evening will showcase spectacular featured soloists MUCS Joe D’Aleo (alto saxophone) performing Giacomo Puccini’s passionate "Tosca Fantasy," MU1 Samuel West (baritone) with Gioacchino Rossini’s lively "La Danza," and MU1 Allison Landstedt (soprano) delivering a soaring rendition of Stephen Schwartz’s "Defying Gravity" from Wicked. The diverse program also features patriotic classics, cinematic masterworks like John Williams' "March from 1941," and Julius Fucik's thrilling "Thunder and Blazes." Spenner. The afternoon will showcase spectacular featured vocalists MU1 Allison Landstedt (soprano) performing Alan Menken's enchanting "Colors of the Wind," MU1 Samuel West (baritone) with the iconic classic "My Way," and both soloists joining forces for a grand performance of "Be Our Guest." The diverse program also features Bob Margolis's monumental dance epic "Terpsichore," Percy Grainger's whimsical "The Gum-Sucker's March," and Elaine Ross's powerful work "My Voice."
