Utility Invoice Submission

•    Coast Guard Utility invoices - FIN-SMB-UtilityRCMChanges@uscg.mil 
•    Utility invoices can be sent to FSC to be scanned for processing or if the vendor uses Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) they can submit invoices via EDI

Payment status can be provided from the FSC Customer Service.
