FSC Customer Service offers support for a range of services such as:

  • Support for commercial vendors working with the USCG, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) office
  • Operational support for inquiries regarding the status of commercial vessel user fees, civil fines, and penalty remittances
