FSC Customer Service offers support for a range of services such as:

Support for commercial vendors working with the USCG, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) office
Operational support for inquiries regarding the status of commercial vessel user fees, civil fines, and penalty remittances
