The military judge sentenced Appellant to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for one year, and reduction to E-3. Pursuant to U.S. Department of Defense Standard carrying out Article 140a, Uniform Code of Military Justice [10 U.S.C. s. 940a] (revised, January 2025), an audio recording of an oral argument will typically be made publicly accessible.
