LCDR Matthew R. Panciocco

Executive Officer, CGC Resolute

Lieutenant Commander Matt Panciocco currently servers as executive officer aboard CGC Resolute (WMEC 620).

LCDR Panciocco previously completed a tour as the Leadership and Management School (LAMS) School Chief at the Leadership Development Center (LDC) in New London, CT. During this tour he also acted as the temporary Commanding Officer of USCGC RAZORBILL.

Additionally, his operational afloat tours include Deck Watch officer aboard USCGC SPENCER in Boston, Executive Officer of USCGC WRANGELL forward deployed to Patrol Forces Southwest Asia (PATFORSWA) in support of the U.S Navy’s Fifth Fleet, and Commanding Officer of USCGC MORAY in Cape Canaveral.

LCDR Panciocco is a 2015 graduate of the US Coast Guard Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Learning and Leadership from George Washington University. His military awards include three Coast Guard Commendation Medals, a Coast Guard Achievement Medal, Humanitarian Service Medals, Special Operations Medals, and several unit awards.
