Eagle Scout & Gold Award Recognition

Scouts who attain the rank of Eagle Scout and Girl Scouts who receive the Gold Award are eligible to receive a certificate from the Commandant of the Coast Guard.

BSA and GSUSA Troop leaders please provide a brief description of the scout's accomplishments in earning the rank of Eagle Scout or the Gold Award. Also, provide the name of the scout (as it should appear on the certificate), date of presentation, and a mailing address.

After December 31, 2021, the Coast Guard will only accept electronic requests.
