Please read the instructions below before attempting to generate your reports

AUXINFO REPORTS

'Obtain reports at https://www.auxinfo.uscg.gov/ then 'Continue' and select the desired cube.

Instructions for Generating AUXINFO REPORTS :

Drilling: You can "drill down" to your unit (or member) of choice by "left clicking" the parent unit and continuing the process until you reach the unit or members that you desire. See additional common mechanics under 'New Users/How To'.

To print your reports:

In any cube, click on the 'File' icon at bottom right, and then click the Export PDF Adobe button.

A PDF version of the report opens in Adobe Acrobat Reader as a plug-in or in a separate window, depending on how the reader was installed.

On the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, click the Print button.

To return to your report in AUXINFO, click the Back button in your Web browser.

Bookmarks: Once you have "drilled down" to your unit and selected other parameters, you may create a "bookmark" for your web browser. You can then save that bookmark in your browser's "favorites" and return to your report directly.

Exporting Data: AUXINFO can export your report information in "CSV" or "XLS" format which can be used in spreadsheets.
