All Active Duty Payroll
This migration places PHS Commissioned Corps pay and personnel processing under one system with the United States Coast Guard and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Corps. This results in a standardized system that reduces security risks and cost.
The following functions are currently performed in the Direct Access system:
|Immunizations tracking||Retiree Payroll|
|Officer profiles||Security Clearances|
|Position management||Member Self-Service|
The following functions will not migrate to Direct Access and will remain with the Corps' current systems:
Electronic Official Personnel Folders (eOPF)
Commissioned Officers' Effectiveness Report (COER)
Note: Some of the following guides and tutorials were developed for Coast Guard personnel. The basic functionality is the same for Coast Guard personnel and PHS Officers but some the terminology and screen captures in the guides and tutorials may not exactly match up to the PHS versions of the applications.
