Lake Tahoe Recreational Lodging

Location: Tahoe City, CA. Located about 30 miles southwest of Reno, NV. and about 100 miles east of Sacramento, CA.

Season of Operation: Year round.

Description: Located on Coast Guard Station Lake Tahoe. Situated on the northwest shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe in the heart of the Sierra Nevada mountains (ski country).

Facilities: 2, A-frame cottages. 2, one bedroom units and 2, two bedroom units.

Activities: Hiking, picnicking, mountain climbing, skiing, and boating.

Recreation Equipment Available: None.

General Information: Each A-frame has a ground floor apartment with 2-bedrooms capable of sleeping a maximum of 8 and a single bedroom, second floor apartment capable of sleeping 8. Each apartment is completely furnished with bath, heat, refrigerator, microwave ovens, range, and cable color TV. Dishes, cooking utensils, stainless steel service, toaster, coffee pot, and other small household appliances are provided. Towels, linens, and blankets are provided for all occupants. Reservations: Reservations should be made as early as possible, commencing 60 days prior to the date of stay. Advance payment in full is required not later than 10 days prior. Maximum length of stay is 7 days, to include only 1 weekend. For reservations or other information, contact:

Driving Instructions: From I-80, take Hwy 89 southwest (north Lake Blvd) through Tahoe City and proceed north on Hwy 28 for approximately 2 miles. Turn right onto Lake Forest Blvd and proceed to the CG Station (well marked by signs).
