  • Help Me kNow Training Hub: Temporary CAC-enabled website for all CG personnel. The Hub includes a reference library with over 100,000 introductory videos, live how-to support, virtual training sessions on over 70 topics, 6 user scenarios, and 7 skill builder training paths. https://cgcos.level0help.com/
  • 300 Coast Guard virtual sessions: As opposed to the general topic-based virtual sessions included in the Help Me kNow Training Hub, these virtual sessions will be offered to CG users and geared towards particular communities. Each virtual event will deep-dive into particular areas of interest specific to the community in order to address special interest use cases.
  • 20 White Glove Training Events: Onsite training kiosks will be set up for 20 days of face-to-face support. These events will be scheduled for large units with a high administrative workload in order to maximize effectiveness.
  • 100,000 minutes of trouble ticket assistance: Lessons learned from previous projects suggest that 1 out of 12 employees will require assistance during an O365 migration. The average ticket takes 15 minutes to resolve resulting in 4 issues being resolved. Based on those metrics, the Coast Guard should have 23% more support than necessary to address stakeholder concerns.
