Oct. 7, 2020 —
Wellness Wednesday will take place from 1500 to 1600.
Nutrition can be complicated, especially when you are flooded with information from the internet. The frustration can easily increase when you do not see the results you are expecting. As the holiday season approaches, now is a perfect time to re-focus on healthy eating. The Wellness and Readiness program health coaches from the Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center are happy to present “Upping Your Metabolism.” This week’s Wellness Wednesday will cover a broad range of nutrition and lifestyle topics - factors affecting metabolism, preventing weight gain, building muscle, and fad diets - to help promote readiness and resiliency to those who serve.
This week, we will not be recording the session, but if you would like more information, Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to see previous Wellness Wednesday recordings, they are available on the CG-11 CG Portal webpage: https://cg.portal.uscg.mil/units/cg1/CG11/SitePages/Wellness%20Wednesday.aspx
