Coast Guard active duty workforce more than 70% vaccinated

The Coast Guard has reached another milestone in the service’s efforts to vaccinate its entire workforce against the COVID-19 disease.  As of June 30, 71.8% of the service’s active duty workforce is fully vaccinated, and 74.1% is vaccinated with at least one dose.With the active duty and reserve military members combined, the Coast Guard has 69.2%

Coast Guard updates mask guidance for vaccinated personnel

Consistent with updated Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance, fully vaccinated personnel (who are at least two weeks beyond their final dose) are no longer required to wear a mask indoors or outdoors onboard federal facilities, Coast Guard cutters, small boats, and aircraft.  The new mask guidance applies to fully vaccinated
