A total body workout can be accomplished using a single piece of equipment. Template workout routines can be easily accessed through TRX website (www.fitnessanywhere.com). Equipment is fairly inexpensive and easy to set up.
There is a learning curve to master this device. Training is highly recommended through video or hands on instruction. May not be suitable for use on small, underway boats.
