The SCORE Foundation, in partnership with
major corporations, is pleased to offer the "Veteran Fast Launch"
initiative. This program is a combined package of free software and services
combined with SCORE's mentoring program in order to help accelerate the

Veterans Business Outreach Centers
The Veterans Business Outreach Program (VBOP) is designed to provide
entrepreneurial development services such as business training, counseling
and mentoring, and referrals for eligible veterans owning or considering
starting a small business. The SBA has 16 organizations participating in
this cooperative agreement and serving as Veterans Business Outreach Centers

skilled training and quality career opportunities in the
construction industry. Apprenticeship is an “earn while you
learn” career path; good pay, good benefits and
apprenticeships are eligible for use of your education

Joint Service Transcript (JST) - Services collaborated to offer one place
for all service members to find official transcripts and validation of
recommended college credits based on experience and training courses of
service members and Veterans. This replaces SMART site.
Military Spouse Career Center - Provides access to career
opportunities, training information and education options.
- Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) - Operates extensive
transition center services which include: weekly job bulletins, career
fairs, search databases, network contacts and worldwide transition lectures.
National Military Family Association
- Links to a number of subjects such as:
deployment, education, family life, benefits, health, and finance.
National Resource Directory - Departments of Defense (DoD), Labor (DoL) and
Veterans Affairs (VA) web-based network of care coordinators, providers and
support partners offering more than 10,000 medical and non-medical services
and resources for wounded, ill and injured service members, veterans, their
families, families of the fallen and those who support them.
Non Commissioned Officers Association (NCOA)
- Offers resume posting, job
fairs and general employment assistance.
O*NET OnLine - detailed descriptions of the world of work for use by job
seekers, workforce development and HR professionals, students, researchers
(S2S) - S2S is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which provides free application counseling, peer-to-peer guidance, and networking support to all U.S. military service members and veterans. Its mission is to help every transitioning military veteran win admission to the best college or graduate school possible. These services are provided at no cost to the applicant.
