Elasticity is the ability of a muscle, or muscle group to exert maximum force in the shortest period of time. It is the combination of both strength and speed movements.
At times in this training program you may perform exercises back-to-back in a manner that yields improvements in your explosiveness. So rather than performing an exercise then stop to recover, we will follow the first exercise with a similar movement to maximize the muscle groups power. For example you could do a set of "Split Squats" then immediately followed by a set of "Split Jumps".
