Q: I just drove to the St. Elizabeths campus for the first time, and I waited forever at the light to turn left onto the headquarters access road from westbound Firth Sterling Avenue S.E. I ended up turning on a red arrow, since it seemed like the stop light was not working. Why didn’t I get a green turn arrow?
A: Vehicles must stop in the designated left-hand turn lane at the very beginning of the intersection (at Stevens Road S.E., behind the crosswalk) to activate the left-hand turn signal. Read more>>
