Q: What inspired you to serve with the U.S. Coast Guard?

A: After serving 24 years in the Marine Corps, I was looking for new experiences and challenges. A year ago, I found the opportunity to serve with the Coast Guard and found it interesting how they share the same core values as the Marine Corps. I now have a job that is both challenging and rewarding and serve with personnel that perform unique missions on a daily basis.
