Coast Guard Presents Award to American Bureau of Shipping

Coast Guard Vice-Commandant Sally Brice-O'Hara presents a Distinguished Public Service Award to the American Bureau of Shipping on April 24, 2012. Chairman Bob Somerville accepted on behalf of ABS. ABS celebrates 150 years of outstanding maritime safety achievement..
