ADM Papp Speaks to Students at Bishop O'Connell High School

Coast Guard Commandant Adm. Bob Papp visited Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington, Va., on Dec. 6 for an afternoon discussion with students enrolled in the school’s Global Studies Program. As part of the event, the Commandant discussed the Coast Guard’s response during Hurricane Sandy and shared stories and photos from his international travel.
