Overview

Responsible for Sector San Juan administrative management, infrastructure for large, high-tempo OUT CONUS unit consisting of 631 active duty & reserve personnel at A/S Borinquen, 6 WPBs, ANT Puerto Rico, Sect San Juan Staff, Station/Base San Juan, and tenant units NESU MAT and ESD San Juan.  Manage and provide unit administration and personnel actions for active duty, reserve and civilian members assigned to San Juan based Sector commands.  Oversee all PCS related programs including HHGs, vehicles, incoming and outgoing personnel issues, TLA, overseas entry.  Maintain signed originals of unit instructions in the master directives file; maintain electronic copies of all effective unit instructions in a public folder accessible to all local CGSW users.  Maintain the Sector correspondence files; onsolidate all command correspondence signed monthly into a unit reader file.  Manage the Officer Evaluation System of Sector San Juan. 

Manage the Award Program of Sector San Juan.
