The IRR Member Guide is a resource guide that provides additional information on the most common processes that IRR members do.
ALCGRSV 118/14 - Assignment of Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) Members and Process for Performing IDT for Retirement Point Credit - outlines updated guidance and procedures for IRR members who want to "drill for points."
As a reminder, you are not authorized to drill for Reserve Retirement Points only without CG PSC-RPM-3's written approval and Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders to your new drilling unit.
As outlined in ALCGRSV 118/14, if you are a member of the IRR and you would like to drill for points only, please use our Request to Drill for Points Only template and submit it to RPM at ARL-DG CGPSCIRR@uscg.mil.
