WHAT WE DO
PSC-rpm-2 is the sole authority for permanent change of station (PCS) assignments for Coast Guard members serving in the Select Reserve (SELRES). In so doing, our goal is to provide assignment opportunities that will allow members to obtain and maintain the training and experience that will allow them to be able to meet mobilization requirements.
PSC-rpm-2 continues to develop ways to better serve the CG Reserve and welcome your feedback. I urge you to use the survey link below to provide us with your thoughts and ideas on how we are doing and what we can do to be more effective.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
- Transfers of officers and enlisted personnel to and from the Individual Ready Reserve (IRR), Active Status List (ASL), and Inactive Status List (ISL). Members seeking information should contact the Reserve Component Management Branch, PSC-rpm-1.
- Active Duty for Operational Support (ADOS) requests are handled by your District Force Readiness Branch (dxr) office. Volunteer here
- Extended Active Duty (EAD) requests are handled by CG PSC-opm-1
for officers and PSC-epm-1 for enlisted members:
OFFICERS -- ENLISTED - General Information -- ENLISTED- Current Opportunities - Semi-Annual Reprogramming Review (SARR) requests are handled by CG-131 and guidance can be found in either ALCGFINANCE message and other related ALCOAST.
POINTS OF CONTACT

Please use your chain of command to address specific issues or contact your AO during the counseling period identified during the annual ALCGRSV Assignment Season Kick-off message.
