Mirroring the recent creation of OPM-4, RPM will offer career management counseling to officer (CWO2 to LCDR). We will primarily focus on helping Reserve officers (on or off Active Duty) in their future career decisions to ensure they meet their professional goals within the USCGR and increase the readiness of the SELRES corps to meet our nation’s needs. Also, upon request, we will counsel officers concerning competitiveness and failure of selection for Post-Graduate and promotion for grades CWO2 thru O-4.
