Reserve Personnel Management
Outreach

To better connect Reservists to each other and the Reserve community, PSC-rpm is reaching out to all members of the Reserve and Active Duty in accordance with the Commandant's Web 2.0 vision. We hope to help Reservists help balance their full time occupations, family obligations, and dedication to the our nation through the Coast Guard Reserve. Below are resources that will help both Reserve and Active Duty better understand Reserve Personnel Management and dispel some of the mystery that surrounds the Personnel Service Center. We look forward to your participation and feedback!

FAQs on Web Conferencing

How will this work?
This event will be held through a virtual meeting software (GoToWebinar). You will click on the link above to register. Once you've registered, you will get an email that will enable you to join at time mentioned above. When the webinar is scheduled to start, click on the link in the email that was sent to you.

You will see & hear directly from your computer, and you can communicate back by typing or use free Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) with a microphone (think iChat, Skype, Vonage). There will be no cameras involved, only audio and still pictures (mostly PowerPoint).

What equipment is required?
You need a computer, internet connection, email address, and browser. You do not need a microphone to participate, but others will not hear your voice.

Do I have to be at a CG computer?
No! You can attend this event in your own home, and you will still be able to participate!

Can I be at a CG computer?
Yes! Because no software is downloaded to the computer, you may attend these conferences on any Coast Guard computer. Using microphones is not allowed, however.
