   Carting For A Cause

Departing April 29, 2013 from Petaluma, CA and arriving May 26, 2013 in Yorktown, VA, off-duty members of the U.S. Coast Guard will drive an electrically powered cart across America. The drive will be completed to solicit the public's support and raise awareness to help support the injured service members of the Wounded Warrior Project. We will be posting updates from the Go Cart Team as they make their way across the country.

Captains Log ~ Day 21 5/19/2013

We packed up our cabin, had a great breakfast with Deana's parents and got on the road. We had around 145 miles to go on this day to get to Toledo where my friend and shipmate Andy would be awaiting us.
