The PSSU San Pedro's Career Development Advisor (CDA) promotes policies, programs, and initiatives that are designed to retain a highly capable, flexible and diverse workforce through training, education, and professional development. Our CDA is here to assist commands with their efforts in helping members set personal and career goals and to ensure every member within our AOR is provided information to facilitate sound career decisions.
