BAH Protection Program

The purpose of Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) protection program is to assist members experiencing a Permanent Change of Station (PCS) who are not relocating their dependents at government expense. The BAH protection program is governed by Coast Guard policy and the Joint Federal Travel Regulations that provide various guide lines where a member may apply for BAH protection due to type of PCS order received.
