After a successful test period and positive reviews OPM-4 is pleased to announce a new means of supporting officer career development.
Officers who are unable to journey to the Personnel Service Center now have the opportunity to view their PDR online while speaking with a Career Counselor. Using MS Communicator, a Career Counselor can establish a Live Meeting. In this Live Meeting both you and your Career Counselor will be able to view an electronic copy of your PDR simultaneously. Establishing a Live Meeting is easy and only requires the member to be at a workstation with MS Communicator installed.
