AY2010 TRANSFER CYCLE
The links that follow are to spreadsheets that list those mbrs I’m planning
to reassign in AY2010. Please check the appropriate link to ensure that
we’re on the same page with respect to this planned reassignment. If your
name’s not listed and you think it should be, you need to contact me (via
e-mail) asap. Conversely, if your name’s listed you don’t think it’s
supposed to be, please contact me (again, via e-mail) immediately.

CHANGES TO ADVANCEMENT CUTS
As you’ve already noticed, the above spreadsheets don’t project probable
changes to the advancement cuts. I’m anticipating those changes some time
in January. For those that are favorably poised and placed above the cut
line after revised cuts are released, I will contact you w/ specifics
regarding assignment options & e-resume submission guidelines at that time.
FUTURE OF LORAN?
Shipmates, your guess is as good as mine when it comes to
LORAN’s future. Until told otherwise I’m moving forward w/ staffing LORAN
positions in AY2010. If the decision to terminate this longstanding CG
mission is indeed rendered, there will obviously be changes. For now,
however, these positions remain “open” on AY2010 shopping lists.
DIRECT ACCESS CONTACT INFO
Shipmates, I need each of you to verify the accuracy of your Contact Info in
Direct Access. I prefer to communicate my assignment decisions via phone,
so please ensure your contact info is current & up to date. This is
especially important for those of you transferring in the AY2010 transfer
cycle. Trust me – I’ll call.
