Congratulations! You're on your way to "the best hometown in the Coast Guard." Our offices are located in the Frank Carlson Federal Building at 444 SE Quincy Street in Topeka, Kansas. Topeka is known for its history, beauty and great family atmosphere.
PPC's primary mission is to provide pay and personnel services to all Coast Guard active duty, Reserve, Retiree and Annuitant members and to process travel claims for all Coast Guard employees, including civilians and Auxiliary members.
To help ease your transition, the PPC staff has compiled the resources listed on this page. If you have questions about any of the subjects listed, please contact your sponsor or PPC (PERS) at (785) 339-3600.
Links from this page to non-Coast Guard sites are provided as a customer service and do not represent any implicit or explicit endorsement by the United States Coast Guard of any commercial or private issues or products presented there.
While there is no Coast Guard owned or leased housing in the area, members of the command usually experience little difficulty in locating affordable housing.
HOMES.MIL HOUSING REFERRAL WEBSITE: (www.HOMES.mil) - HOMES.mil, a new official Department of Defense (DoD) website dedicated to helping service members, their families and civilian employees with home finding services is now available. The website enhances the way service members, their families and civilian employees make housing choices by providing a web-based source of local community listings.
Property Managers can list their properties at no cost. All Property Managers and properties are verified by Military Housing Offices throughout the world.
Important: Active Duty Service Members, assigned to PPC Topeka, qualify for TRICARE Prime Remote Status. If you are an Active Duty Service Member, you should contact PPC Medical at (785) 339-3668, before submitting your enrollment application.
