Modify or View Profiles

On occasion, you may need to view or modify an existing profile. Additional information may be needed, or existing data may need to be changed.

Using T-PAX there are two situations that could apply:

Complete the following steps to "modify or view" a profile in the Traveler View:

  1. At the T-PAX Inbox screen, click on the Profile and Orders menu at the top of the T-PAX Inbox screen. A drop down list of options appears.

  1. Click on the Profile option and the Traveler Profile screen appears.

  1. When the Traveler Profile screen appears you may make any desired changes.

  2. When finished modifying or viewing the profile, click on the Save button to save your changes.

Complete the following steps to "modify or view" a profile in the System Administrator View:

  1. At the T-PAX Inbox screen, click on the Profile and Orders menu at the top of the T-PAX Inbox screen. A drop down list of options appears.

  1. Click on the Profile option.

  1. After selecting this option, the Select Traveler screen appears and you must select the traveler's account you wish to modify or view.

  1. At the Select Traveler screen, choose one of the following options:

  1. After entering either the Employee ID, SSN, or Last Name, click on the Search button.

  2. When the traveler's information is displayed, click on the OK button. The Traveler Profile screen will then appear for the selected traveler.

  1. When the Traveler Profile screen appears you may make any desired changes.

  2. When finished modifying or viewing the profile, click on the Save button to save your changes.
