Password Specifications |
Passwords must be exactly NINE (09) characters long and use only alpha/numeric combinations consisting of at least 1 number 1 lowercase letter and one upper case letter. Passwords are now case sensitive. NO SPECIAL CHARACTERS. The system will allow you to create a longer password or one that has special characters, but it will not let you login with it. |

Delete default computer printer and reconnect printer as default, and try again. If that does not work, contact the FINCEN FPD Hotline at (757) 523-6781 or by e-mail to fin-smb-cashelpdesk@uscg.mil to have a printer driver added.
