The JARVIS chain-of-command is vital.
All hands will properly utilize and exhaust the chain-of-command up & down.
It is every crewmember’s job to keep their supervisor informed at all times.
Maintaining a positive work environment and crew morale is important.
Supervisors will create a positive work environment .
Bad news is acceptable, part of the job, and will be constructively delivered/ received.
Menial jobs matter and allow JARVIS to perform her mission with success.
We will all be good representatives of JARVIS and the Coast Guard.
You will maintain a good personal, workspace, and living space appearance.
JARVIS crew will be polite to the public and all visitors or guests, and project an air of pride in their unit and service.
Drug and Alcohol Abuse will not be tolerated.
We are professional mariners and maritime law enforcement officials with special public trust.
Liberty incidents involving alcohol are safety & security risks and bring discredit to self, unit, and service.
JARVIS crewmembers will be held accountable for their actions at all times on and off duty.
Timely recognition of crew performance is important
All personnel will receive good or bad recognition immediately after actions.
There is no limit to the number of awards a crewmember can receive and end-of-tour awards will be avoided .
Quality performance reports will be completed on time for all JARVIS crew.
