Day 4 of our 30 day mission to map the Extended Continental Shelf in a Joint Operation with the CCGS Louis S. St. Laurent. We are roughly half way between Barrow and the North Pole. Our passage has been assisted by a north wind, which has kept the ice fairly loose. The ice conditions should get much tougher in the coming days, which can provide a little extra challenge for the ship's barber!
