The mission of the Regional Examination Center (REC) is to pre-screen applications, administer examinations and conduct oversight of Coast Guard approved courses

REC: 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday
Exam Room: 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday
Exam Scheduling: ALL Mariners are required to schedule their exams 3 working days prior to visiting an REC.
Appointments: Mariners that don’t have an appointment may receive service (time permitting)

Parking: Free parking is available. Due to recent vandalism and theft in the area, it is highly recommended that you secure all your valuables out of sight and lock your vehicle.
Tolls: No tolls.
