Providing Credentials to Mariners
There are medical conditions that can delay your application for credentials or cause the application to be denied. If you have one of these conditions please take a copy of the recommended evaluation guideline to your Doctor so they may address the issue:

- Psychiatric disorders
- Sleep apnea
- Chronic use of narcotic or benzodiazepine medication
It is extremely important that you provide medical documentation from your Doctor if you have one or more of the above mentioned medical conditions.
