Appointments: We do not take walk-ins. You MUST have an appointment.

Hours of Operation: ***Closed all Federal Holidays***

REC: 7:30am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday
Exam Room: 7:30am to 3pm Monday through Friday

Exam Scheduling: ALL Mariners are required to schedule their exams 3 working days prior to visiting an REC.

All visitors will be cleared through a Sector Charleston Gate Guard to access the Regional Examination Center. All visitors must have a TWIC/Govt ID to enter the base. 

We do have a drop off box for your application at the gate.

Parking: Free parking available on the street in front of the base.
