MLE Academy Logo The Boarding Officer eLearning Course is all U.S. Coast Guard personnel online at the Learning Portal. The purpose of the BOC eLearning course is to provide much of the resident Boarding Officer Course curriculum offered at the MLE Academy in an online format. Anyone with access to the Learning Portal may take the BOC eLearning Course.

How to Apply

You may self enroll in the U.S. Coast Guard Learning Portal. Open the 'Course Catalog', then select 'Maritime Law Enforcement', then 'Boarding Officer'. You may complete one or more modules. You may not take the comprehensive exam until all modules are completed. Enrollment in the BOQS Program or any other course in not required.
