In accordance with the Coast Guard's Modernization program, the duties formerly held by ISC Seattle have been assigned to three new units.

Base Support Unit Seattle (BSU): Facilities Engineering, Port Services, Comptroller, Procurement, Galley

Health, Safety Work Life Detachment Seattle (HSWL): Work Life, Medical, Safety

Personnel Services Support Unit Seattle (PSSU): Admin, Personnel Office, MWR, Housing, Education Services, Career Development

Force Optimization and Training (FOT) duties and staff have been transferred to District 13.
