Personnel
The Personnel Division provides "one-stop shopping" for
personnel of all District 14 AOR commands in the service areas of pay,
personnel records, and household goods and vehicle shipment.
The Personnel Services Branch maintains and updates personnel data records
for members of assigned commands in the District 14 AOR , including all
matters relating to pay and allowances and handles the shipment of household
goods, personal effects and privately-owned vehicles for members attached to
District 14 AOR area units.
Personnel is separated into 3 different areas for your convenience:

Personnel Services: Servicing Personnel Office and Transportation (ps)

Administration: Pass & ID Office and Administration (pa)

Force Optimization & Training: Reserve Management and Education (pf)
- Administration - Initiates the preparation of all papers,
records, and forms for the administration of military personnel matters
for permanently and temporarily assigned Integrated Support Command
Honolulu.
- Decedent Affairs - Provides names and emergency phone numbers
for ISC Honolulu decedent affairs personnel.
- Force Optimization & Training - Provides Premier Pacific
Service to customers in the Fourteenth Coast Guard District area of
responsibility in Educational Services, Training Funds Management,
Career Development, and Workforce Augmentation.
- Mutual Assistance - ISC provides assistance to ISC, NESU, ESU,
CGC Walnut, CGC Kukui, and Group Units. Open the link and it will

- Official Travel - JFTR/Commandant SOP's Instructions; Travel
Management Center (TMC); Coordinator- PACArea: D14/ISC
- Pass & ID Office - Provides information and services for
TAD orders for ISC personnel, vehicle decals, ID cards & agent
cards, mass transit program, weight compliance program, non-resident
certificates, and cashier cage.
- Servicing Personnel Office - Maintains and update's personnel
data records for member's of assigned commands in the D14 AOR including
matters relating to pay and allowances.
- Transportation - Provides information and services for household goods, privately owned vehicle (POV) shipment, temporary lodging allowance (TLA) and government travel card & Citibank applications.
