The Comptroller Division provides budget; accounting; property management; warehousing; shipping and receiving; and security support for Base Portsmouth. The Comptroller Division also manages a motor pool for use by all 22 Base Portsmouth tenant activities. The Comptroller Division includes the following three Branches: Finance and Accounting; Property and Logistics; and Security. Services extended to outlying units throughout the Fifth District AOR include account management/oversight and varying levels of assistance/training for other global finance, property, and logistics support services that are not provided elsewhere.
