The Mission Support Division provides legal advice to commands located within the Legal Service Command's AOR on:

    Employment and Labor Law
    Ethics
    2012 Holiday Ethics Guidance
    Litigation Support
    Environmental Law
    Property Law (real and personal)
    Public Information Law (including FOIA, Privacy Act, and HIPPA)
The Mission Support Law Branch also coordinates the Standards of Conduct (ethics) Program, the Legal Assistance Program, and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program.
